Job Summary: As a Palliative Care Nurse for Home-Based Comfort Care at Elite360Care, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive palliative care to patients in their homes. Your role will involve managing symptoms, providing emotional and psychological support, and ensuring that patients receive dignified and respectful care throughout their illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Symptom Management: Assess, manage, and alleviate symptoms related to serious illnesses, including pain, nausea, and other discomforts, using appropriate medical interventions and treatments.
  • Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed to enhance patient comfort and well-being.
  • Emotional and Psychological Support: Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns, fears, and needs through compassionate communication and counseling.

Qualifications:
