Job Summary: As a Family Caregiver Coach and Support Specialist at Elite360Care, you will be responsible for providing training, support, and resources to family caregivers who are caring for loved ones. Your role will involve coaching caregivers on effective caregiving strategies, offering emotional support, and helping them navigate the challenges of caregiving. You will work closely with both caregivers and clients to ensure a supportive and effective care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caregiver Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and training to family caregivers on effective caregiving techniques, including managing medical conditions, providing personal care, and handling challenging behaviors.
- Support and Counseling: Offer emotional support and counseling to caregivers, helping them cope with stress, burnout, and other challenges associated with caregiving. Facilitate support groups and workshops as needed.

Qualifications:
